Delayed Inbound SMS processing and IVR errors

During the period from 7:30am PT to 8:43am PT., processing of inbound SMS messages was delayed by up to 5 minutes.Additionally, during this period, a portion outbound IVR messages were not delivered correctly. This issue is resolved. WELL is working to remediate the outbound IVR messages that were not delivered correctly, and an update on this topic will be provided in one hour.
